Tens of thousands of consumers have already been robbed of their opportunity to enjoy historically low rates by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s rule. HVCC needs to be permanently reversed in order to restore lower costs to the consumer and to protect the thousands of real estate transactions stalled by this code.

I wish that I had read this article 3 years ago when I was selling my house and I wish my realtor had made me aware of this information. Since I am in the construction business I could have fixed many small problems beforehand and saved a lot of aggravation right before closing!
